You will receive the license key within 5 minutes. The email will also include installation instructions and the official download link for the product.

How do I receive the license?

All of our products are in digital format. If you purchase a product with a serial code, the code will be sent to the email address provided during the payment process.

How long does it take to receive the purchased product?

After completing the payment, you will receive your order immediately in the email inbox you provided. For volume licenses or multiple activation keys, delivery times range from 1 to 24 hours.

How to download the software?

The purchased software is always available for download from the official website of the manufacturer. However, you will receive the official download link in the automatic email right after completing your order.

What should I do if my license doesn’t work?

If you encounter issues with the key or during the activation process, we will quickly review the situation and, if necessary, send you a new license. We still recommend that you contact our dedicated support service to receive assistance.

Are the software licenses valid in any country?

All our licenses are valid worldwide; however, if there are any activation or usage restrictions, they will be mentioned in the product description.

Can I return or replace the license key?

You have up to 30 days after your order to return or replace the product without any questions asked. For more details on our refund and return policy

Haven’t received the confirmation/invoice email after purchasing the product?

Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for the confirmation email associated with your account. For the invoice, feel free to send us a request via email or WhatsApp, and you should receive it by the end of the day.

How long does the refund/reimbursement take?

After submitting a return request via email or WhatsApp and verifying the order, the refund is accepted the same day and credited back to the payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on the method used.
