How do I receive the license?
All of our products are in digital format. If you purchase a product with a serial code, the code will be sent to the email address provided during the payment process.

How long does it take to receive the purchased product?

The purchased software is always available for download from the official website of the manufacturer. However, you will receive the official download link in the automatic email right after completing your order.
What should I do if my license doesn’t work?
If you encounter issues with the key or during the activation process, we will quickly review the situation and, if necessary, send you a new license. We still recommend that you contact our dedicated support service to receive assistance.
Are the software licenses valid in any country?
All our licenses are valid worldwide; however, if there are any activation or usage restrictions, they will be mentioned in the product description.
